Your Privacy Choices (US State Rights)
This page describes privacy rights available to residents of Florida and other US states, and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Florida Digital Bill of Rights
If you are a Florida resident, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights ("FDBR") may give you the following rights with respect to personal data we process about you:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Delete personal data we have collected about you.
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
- Opt out of the processing of your data for targeted advertising, the sale of your data, and certain profiling.
- Opt out of the collection or processing of sensitive data, and the collection of precise geolocation data.
2. Other US states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others) have similar rights, which may include the right to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising.
California (CCPA/CPRA) note
We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent any cross-context behavioral advertising constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, you can opt out via and by enabling GPC. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law.
3. Opt out of targeted advertising & sale/sharing
You can opt out of targeted advertising and any sale/sharing of your data by:
- Adjusting to reject Marketing (and Analytics) categories.
- Enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser or extension.
- Emailing privacy@sales.you with the subject "Opt out".
4. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing privacy@sales.you or writing to Mass Technologies, [Registered business address], Florida, United States. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests to access, correct, delete, or port data, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted).
6. Right to appeal
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@sales.you with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Florida Attorney General or your state's regulator.
7. No discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, such as by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality, except where permitted by law.
